The Mighty Vaporizer is our favorite portable at Freshly Baked. The Mighty has it all: Long Battery life? Check. Vapor Production? Check. Easy Maintenance? Check again. Controls - There are 3 buttons: The power button Turns the Mighty on and off with a single press. The 2 temperature control buttons (Up & Down) change the temperature from 104-420°F (40-215°C). Press both temperature buttons to Change from C° to F°.
Cleaning the Chamber: 1.) The ceramic, steel-lined chamber wipes clean with a little bit of isopropyl alcohol on a paper towel, just rub it. 2.) Remove the bottom screen by using the orange pick tool; press the fine screen down into the chamber, around the center pin that is underneath the chamber. 3.) Flip the Mighty over and the screen will fall out. Just soak in isopropyl alcohol to remove residue then rinse off with water. Make sure to dry the screen and press it flat before pushing back into the chamber.
Cleaning the Cooling Unit- The Cooling unit has two main parts. 1.) move the slider toward the mouthpiece to unlock the cooling unit. Grip the bottom of the cooling unit and and pull it away from the top part the unit, this is easier to do when it's warm after a session. 2.) Remove the 2 blue bands inside the unit (Large band around unit, small band on near top of the unit) and soak them in alcohol for only 30 seconds, no more! 3.) Use the orange pick to remove the coarse screen and soak the coarse screen in alcohol to clean. 4.) Remove the the mouthpiece by pushing your thumb into where it connects to the cooling unit and pull the mouthpiece out. The mouth piece can be clean using a q-tip and a little bit of alcohol. 5.) After soaking the cooling unit pieces in isopropyl alcohol for an hour, remove them and rinse them thoroughly with water. 6. Allow to dry and reassemble the cooling unit.

Unused Products (Customer Satisfaction) within 30 days.
Products that cannot be returned:
Broken Pipes (User accident).
Opened Rolling Papers.
Items that don’t have all the original packaging.
Customers are entitled to a replacement for defective products only during the manufacturer's warranty period and in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty return policy.
Note: Certain manufacturers require that the customer process warranty claims with them directly.
Customers are required to pay all shipping costs associated with a defective product return unless the product was received not functioning at the time it was received by the customer. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Missing / Damaged Items
Any purchases containing damaged items or which are missing must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. All glass products, components, and accessories are not covered under warranty unless the product arrived damaged. Please contact us and we'll take care of the issue immediately.
All return packages must include an RA number, which can be acquired by contacting Customer Support by chat. This will ensure the proper processing of your return. We are not responsible for items sent to us without an RA number. The RA number must be written on all sides of the packaging that the returned item is being shipped in. We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return and may request additional information as a condition of the return.
With the exception of used glassware (whips), all accessories and product component parts must be returned with the unit. If the returned unit is determined to be operating normally upon inspection, we will need to ship the same unit back at the customer's expense. Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.
The buyer must understand and agree to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). This includes non-reimbursement of any expedited shipping services selected at the time of purchase. We strongly recommend you insure your package as we are not liable for any product(s) lost or damaged in transit. Please allow 2 weeks for the processing of your return once it has arrived at our facility.
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the normal return procedure described above.
